STF Brantevik Råkulle Hostel

Brantevik is a gem on Österlen’s long coast with picturesque gardens and carefully whitewashed houses. It is an old fishingvillage. Here you live next to the sea, where the beautiful rock pool invites you to both morning and evening dips. Here you are close to everything in Österlen, a paradise for those who enjoys nature and cultural experiences. Hike the Skåneleden, run along the sea or cycle on winding paths. Take nice dips at cliffs and long beaches. Discover the culture of performing arts, gardens, farm shops, cafes, galleries, exhibitions and flea markets.
 
Råkulle hostel is housed in a genuine Scanian farm that dates back to the 18th century and has been owned by the same family for thirteen generations. The farm is traditionally built in an L shape with a shared sheltered courtyard where a verdant garden with apple trees, herbs, lavender and fragrant rose bushes awaits. On a warm summer day, the scents remind you that this is Sweden’s Provence. For you to enjou with your own coffee, dinner or just for a moment of relaxation.
 
Inside, there are 15 cozy rooms with a total of 34 beds spread over the two wings, two spacious guest kitchens, common facilities and a pleasant “living room” for hanging out on the couch, talking reading or playing cards. In addition, there is the Gallery, a light and airy room where breakfast is served during the summer. This can also be excellently rented for conferences, lectures or parties. Welcome with your request!
 
We are usually open from early spring to late autumn. For groups, it is also possible to book outside this period.
 
Check-in at 17.00 or by arrangement. Check-out at 10.00. Please note that we are a completely pet-free accommodation.
